My point is proven Robinhood chain was fun for about 2 days and then it became max extract THAT is the culture of crypto right now, sadly [Spoken audio]: Really, this is the best we can do. The cultural and community aspects of crypto have never been weaker or more cooked than right now. And this has huge implications for the entire crypto scene, entirety of crypto participants on Twitter, which I think many people have not fully grasped yet and they don't understand how important this shift is. Crypto is a industry that was built on niche communities piling and compounding on top of other niche communities. The original niche community was Bitcoin. Then you had ETH and then you had XRP to every single L1, altcoin, NFTs, memecoin, Discord, Telegram, that shit was so important. Like crypto, Twitter, obviously being like in the know, KOLs were like super important. I mean, KOLs used to be really, really important. I remember like CryptoDog and Salsa Tequila, people who were just making calls, the memecoin callers and kind of like the NFT type people with Ansem being like one of them. That was two years ago. Ansem's like high point was literally in 2024 when Whiff was popping off. I'm not saying he's washed, just saying like his most important point I would say was back then. I still respect him as like an analyst and a trader and a content creator, but it's more about like is this the best we can do as an industry where the only like community thing we can rally around right now is just like a, is just a coin for Ansem and CZ. It's like these guys are, they're still important in the industry, But I just think it's kind of like clinging on to something that doesn't even exist anymore. It gives desperation vibes Oh my god, let's make an Ansem coin like bro. It's two years late It's two years late like he should have picked that up a while ago beyond just that what the fuck is happening on a discord channel right now For a crypto project nothing what happened to NFD communities and me and coin communities being hardcore and like holding not giving a fuck that's over like the culture of crypto is is absolutely cooked. And I think it's gonna have to rebuild from zero. I don't know what that's gonna be because the most prominent things in crypto right now are very Wall Street centric, stablecoins, payment infrastructure, debit cards and credit cards, lending and vaults, and real world tokenization. Super financially driven stuff. All that cultural stuff that built up crypto to this point is basically irrelevant now. Like I don't see anybody doing it. It feels like it's just becoming a fringe thing. Like it's almost going to become like you're a hippie or something like, oh, okay. You're part of the subculture, but it's not main culture. And it doesn't seem like that's going to be the main culture of crypto from this point onward. What will replace it? I don't know. Or will it come back? It's hard to say, but it's just something I noticed. This is one of the primary reasons why the industry feels so different now. So different. I guess we could just say it's gone Corpo. It's what it needed to happen for the industry to grow, but that that's what's going on. And like the people who are still of that cultural circle, the crypto Twitter circle, the discords, the telegrams, maybe you need to just like understand that this is what's going on, wake up and figure out how to, if you want that culture to survive, you got to figure out how to modernize it for the modern day.
