Is $SOL printing a bottom signal? @CoinGuideWW walks through the bullish divergence he sees on the weekly chart and how a trend reversal may be coming soon "You combine that with the monthly chart being oversold in the stochastic RSI... it looks like we're looking to swing [Spoken audio]: So Solana here was in this channel before between about $97 and $76 or so, and it broke out of it bearishly on June 2. So one thing that's potentially very bullish is we're starting to get some bullish divergence here on Solana's weekly chart, which is the RSI was going upwards while Well, the price was barely going down, but going down. So this is called bullish divergence. It's usually assigned to you that the market's about to turn around here. And we've started to see Solana, you know, make, make some positive inroads. And this is telling us that while that's happening, Solana is at a really good dollar cost averaging standpoint. Like we got our first bullish candle here last month, we got a hammer candle that I was bullish off of a key line of support, which was the high in May of 2021. It's probably a pretty good time to be dollar cost averaging into Solana. You could be prepared for it to go lower. But, you know, we're starting to see some signals here. One thing that would be great to see is let's say Solana comes up and it starts to challenge the 200 day exponential moving average, which it hasn't done since November in a long time. long time. It's probably time for it to retest it. Solana comes back down after that and maintain $76. This would be a really interesting sign because this would be the first time we would actually start to see a real higher low on Solana's chart because it would be a sign to us that Solana's like at the end, you know, that we're getting this rounding over pattern on the weekly chart. You combine that with the monthly chart being oversold in the stochastic RSI. You combine that with us having, you know, this bullish divergence. And you know, that'll be a sign to me that like, Hey, macro wise, it looks like we're look into swing upwards. It looks like we're hitting and solidifying a bottom.
