(in under 60secs) [Spoken audio]: So someone's joining the team on Monday and I wanted to make sure that the onboarding is successful And so happens that I'm also traveling this weekend and we've been hiding having quite a bit these days So figured we should have process in place so that people are jump-start the right way on their day one and The the intensity is communicated as well. So I thought I'll just throw this problem at Libra and ask her like solid Let's see what Libra does Let me just dictate a little bit more in fact. New hire starts Monday in my office, the founder's office. Gather everything about the onboarding, sales, apps from Slack, Drive, past meetings. Build them a day one brief with owners and open threads so nobody really pinks me and bothers me. Keep it high level, we don't want to overwhelm them as well. Perfect. Let's hit it Libra is going ahead and processing it. It's gonna pull all the required context and start engineering the document Okay, it's going through my meeting notes as you can see it's searching through all of our org wide Documents, it's recalling prior memories. It's looking at all the connected apps as well Okay, now looks like it has some idea about where to look for Okay, that's great. It does come up with a plan. It is starting to write the document. Okay, this is pretty good. Looks like Libra has went ahead and made the onboarding doc for me. This is definitely going to make my life easier. And the new hire is also going to have a great day at Libra because now they have the complete context of how we operate as an organization. So Libra is basically an extension of your team in a sense a company-brain with all the context across all the tools that are being used in your company and it's not just that it can also act across all of your connected apps. So it's definitely a force multiplier in terms of your raw execution capabilities especially for smaller teams where you don't have a lot of people and if you are specifically scaling and scaling fast if you are adding more people there is definitely this drag that comes in. Libra can definitely help you shatter that drag because Libra can make cross functional work such a breeze. Okay cool this is great and all of this in under a minute so yeah thanks bye.
