From @cz_binance to EASY Residency founders in our latest workshop: crypto payments still face friction across several layers - user education, product usability, and regulation. But friction is where opportunities begin. The key is to pick one wedge and go deep. That could [Spoken audio]: Payments are segregated by geography, right? So you have Alipay and Tencent Pay in China. You have the PayPal and the Stripe and all this other stuff in America. And then in other parts of the world, Southeast Asia, you have a lot of different other payment solutions. There's no one player that rules them all, which is also good because now crypto can facilitate global payments. But the user education takes time. Crypto today is viewed as this speculative investment asset and it's not viewed as this payment asset so there's quite a bit of education that needs to happen and the tools needs to become easier and then I think regulation comes in third due to different regulations if you want to touch fiat which most people still need you have to get local licenses etc there's all of those friction points but those friction points are actually opportunities if you think about them if you're able to solve today like there's many different problems I think can easily be solved For example, if you focus on the largest remittance corridors, UAE to Philippines, or UAE to India, or Philippines to, I don't know, Philippines probably have a lot of other places that are big corridors. Or if you focus on one type of payment, payments for AI. So if you focus on one or two of those niche areas, you might be able to make a small crack at it and then expand from there.
