Coded @jadecap_ strategy into an Algo to check the results… Was it profitable ? [Spoken audio]: This took me 14 years to master, but I'll share it with you in under 60 seconds. This is the strategy behind my world record payout, and it's so consistent that I use it to this day to profit thousands of dollars from the futures market each week. It's called a daily sweep, and the first thing I do is check the daily chart. This tells me who's in control of the market. If the daily chart is making higher highs and higher lows, buyers are in control. So I'm only looking to buy, and my target is the previous day's high. But if it's making lower highs and lower lows, sellers are in control. So I'm only looking to sell and my target is the previous day's low. This keeps me aligned with the side that's winning. Next, I drop to the 1 hour chart and I wait for the New York open. What I'm looking for here is a fake out, a move against the higher time frame trend. Price breaks the short term level and most traders think it's a breakout, but because the higher time frame is pointing the other way, it's actually a trap. This gives me an opportunity to trade against the traders who just got caught on the wrong side. To confirm the trap is complete, I look for a fair value gap to form right after. It's a three candle pattern where the middle candle leaves the gap. Once this gap forms, I know two things. The fakeout is done and both timeframes are now aligned. This gives me a high probability entry. From here, I wait for price to pull back into the gap. This gives me a precise entry with defined risk. My stop goes at a clear invalidation point. If price trades through it, I know immediately that my idea was wrong. And my target is the previous day's level. That's the full system. Save this. This looks like a pretty interesting strategy from this trader. I know that he trades this on the futures, however I think this can be quite profitable on gold as well with the current market conditions so what I'm gonna be doing is I'm gonna be coding this strategy into a forex trading bot and I'm gonna be backtesting this on gold to see what kind of performance it had. I just received the code from AI and as you can see it's a pretty heavy file, it was very complex to code, it's almost a 600 line code so now I'm about to launch some backtests on gold to see what kind of performance it had. Okay let's go! Backtests are now over so it seems I was right it's quite profitable on gold as well as you can see here we achieved $29,000 of profit in the first six months of this year or around 29% which are very good performances.
