What is stock trading on Binance? Stock trading is a service on the Binance platform provided by Nest Trading Limited. In collaboration with an external brokerage, users can access more than 7,000 listed stocks and ETFs on Binance. What are dividends? When you hold stocks on Binance, you are eligible to receive dividends. A dividend is a type of corporate action where a company pays part of its earnings to eligible shareholders. Dividends are announced by the company and processed based on the company's official corporate action schedule. How to receive dividends? The X-dividend date is the key date used to determine dividend eligibility. You must hold the stock before the X-dividend date to be eligible for the upcoming dividend. The dividend will then be distributed on the payment date. When the company announces a dividend, as shareholders, you'll be notified through email, in-app messages, banners on the stock trading page, or under the Events tab. There are two common types of dividends, cash dividends and stock dividends. Cash dividends are paid in USDC to your funding account. Stock dividends are additional shares the company distributes to eligible shareholders. Their dividends will be credited to your funding account automatically. Important notes.
