Problem: Verifying identity is becoming a massive challenge, especially in the AI era. A bad solution to the problem would be more surveillance and less privacy to prove identity. Feels like we all need more proof, not less on the internet. Yes, but the answer cannot be more surveillance. What you need is more math and more proof. More, every time there's something that breaks, then you're adding more collection of data, more information that you're handing over to third parties, that is not the answer. The answer is better technology in the form of proofs. They reveal nothing but the statement that you need to prove. That's the way. So the choices kind of get scanned harder or prove things differently? Yes, and that's exactly the point. And what people don't understand is that actually more scanning doesn't even beat AI. You can have deep fakes that will just, you know, manufacture new things. So the answer is not more surveillance and more collection of data. It is using better technology, namely ZK Proofs.
