Tokenization is changing what ownership looks like. Real estate, music royalties, and other assets can now be split into digital shares and traded on-chain. Ownership is becoming more accessible, flexible, and global. This is bigger than finance. [Spoken audio]: Tokenization isn't just about assets, it's actually redefining ownership. Tokenization's expanding far beyond finance has started to redefine how ownership works across almost every asset class. We're already seeing real estate being split into fractional tokens, allowing investors to own pieces of property without buying the whole asset. Music rights are being tokenized giving fans direct exposure to royalties. And, more experimental models are even exploring tokenized income, while future earnings can be structured as investable assets. But this isn't just about access, it's about liquidity. Assets that were once illiquid and hard to trade can now move instantly on-chain. At the same time, this raises deeper questions around regulation, valuation, and long-term sustainability. Because when everything becomes tradable, the definition of ownership itself starts to change.
