The new App Planning Phase feature in Pi App Studio allows creators to develop their ideas with the help of AI before App Studio generates the app. For example, App Studio may ask for more detail about the appโ€™s: - Main idea - Goal - Design - User experience This helps guide [Spoken audio]: Pi App Studio now has an AI-assisted app planning phase that helps creators shape their ideas before the app is generated. App Studio can outline and ask follow-up questions about the app's goal, features, category, and user experience, turning an initial idea into a more complete app concept. This walkthrough will show how this planning process works when creating a new app. For this example, we'll create a simple first-person tennis app where an opponent hits the ball toward you and you have to tap at the right time to return it. The app planning phase can now help outline the plan before app generation begins. Here, the plan generally looks good, but there's one issue. App Studio is planning to build a top-down or side-angle tennis court view. We forgot to specify that the app should be first-person. After updating the prompt, we can review the new outline. Once everything looks good, we can approve it and generate the app. Now, the App Studio has generated the correct version of the app we originally had in mind. And with the new backend capabilities enabled by PyApp Studio, the app now has a persistent user experience, where the user's high score will be saved even if the user leaves and comes back to the app. Thanks for watching. And create a new app in PyApp Studio today to try the new app planning phase and back-end supported persistent experiences.
