We believe in building open networks, even when it involves multi-billion dollar business models. That is our thesis. Let builders plug in and operators contribute. The network stops being limited to one team's roadmap. Open architecture makes this possible. [Spoken audio]: So, whether that's telcos, whether that's foreign nation states, providing access to the technology, providing training, workforce development, and giving them the tools to control their data, but also to begin to reap the benefits of something that every nation has equally around the world. And it's one of these little catchphrases that I really love, which is every nation is equal under spectrum. Meaning that the International Telecommunications Union, which governs radio frequency utilization on the planet, it's kind of like the UN for nerds. It's every nation has an equal right to their spectrum. And they get to say who gets to use it and who doesn't get to use it. And a key piece of being able to be competitive in that space and being able to broker good deals, favorable deals for yourself, for your population, is having a player on the field, having the ability to not just have to take whatever deal you get from somebody because, well, we've got a satellite constellation that's ready to go. So we're very interested in working with them. We're very interested in providing a tool that allows the coalition of the willing to work together to achieve what none of them could do on their own, right? I mean, constellations are tens of billions of dollars worth of investment just in capital expense. And that doesn't cost operational costs or on top of that. And then you have replenishment costs. There's a huge economic barrier to entering this segment. And we're working to reduce that by giving them those tools to cooperate with each other and to compete in the open market.
