Update on @apsk32 ’s Bitcoin Power Curve Cycle Cloud: You win some, you dim sum. It could always be worse. And in the end, the sun will come out tomorrow.

A Bitcoin Power Curve Cycle Cloud chart dated July 9, 2026 shows the current Bitcoin price (red line, ~$70,000) trading well below the 4-year cycles mean (black line, ~$110,000) and at the lower bound of the 4-year cycles min/max range (blue cloud, ~$200,000–$400,000+), with the model projecting potential prices up to ~$800,000 by 2030—suggesting Bitcoin is currently in a "dim sum" phase below historical cycle support, but the model implies a brighter future ahead as the cycle progresses.

What crypto futures platforms do traders in the US and Canada actually use? I’m still fairly new to crypto futures (about a year in), and I’m trying to understand how traders in the US and Canada approach this. The US seems to generate a huge amount of crypto trading volume, yet many of the major derivatives platforms aren’t available there (or in parts of Canada). I recently ran into an issue with my Hyperliquid account being restricted, and I’m currently waiting for support to review it. That experience made me realize I don’t really understand what the long-term options are. For those of you trading from the US or Canada: What platforms do you use for crypto futures? Do you stick to regulated exchanges, prop firms, or something else? How do you choose a platform that you’re comfortable using long term? I’m not looking for ways to bypass restrictions—I’m just trying to understand what experienced traders actually use and why. Thanks!
