Random question crypto newbie So i occasionally purchase things via usdt….Ive purchased on kraken and keep in my exodus wallet and keep small amount of ethereum on hand. I recently purchased something where the seller only supported tron which was a new experience for me. So i googled why would someone prefer usdt on tron vs ethereum and the answer google says was extremely low fees for tron, so i went ahead and made the purchase but was shocked when the fee was over $2 vs the usually like 50¢ with ethereum. Now i don’t care about $2 vs 50¢ it wasn’t a huge deal it just doesn’t make sense to me that ive heard before as well that tron carries lower fees? Can some explain why anyone would say that.
