EasyEats says an official filing proved 1,868 traders right and the market still resolved 'no' and took their $500,000 “Willow went through all the on-chain data and checked past wallets and transfers, the picture was clear: MicroStrategy had never done this before. So they [Spoken audio]: Willow said that they got scammed for 500K, 1,868 traders losing a boatload of money, an absolute boatload of capital, getting lost, and this is also part of a doubt. So, Burek Law is taking them to court. Polymarket chose to resolve the market, did micro strategies, sell Bitcoin before May 31st to know. Despite strategy publishing, 8Ks formed demonstrating sales while the market was live in trading. So this was the big part. MSTR files their 8K showing the sale. Obviously, it spiked because the 8K was shared June 1st, showing that they sold the Bitcoin that previous week. Polymarket had a market where the Michael Saylor strategy would sell Bitcoin this year and broke that down by certain dates. There was two markets in 2025 that resolved no due to no sales occurring. The exact wording of the rules was, this market will resolve to yes, if MicroStrategy sells any of its Bitcoin by 11.59p on the dates specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to no. The primary resolution source for the market will be information from MSTDR and on-chain data. However, consensus of credible reporting will also be used. Willow had began betting a few days when strategy first deposited 30 mil of Bitcoin into Coinbase Prime, went through all the on-chain data, checked out pass Walton transfers and the picture was clear. They had never done this before. So they bought yes for 5K multiple yes shares. They bought multiple, multiple yes shares for 5K. And in turn, it shaped out that it resolved to no.
