Tell me about the black tapes that you saw. The table managers had black tape on the table and ballots would come across. There would be ladies and gentlemen sitting around a table looking at the ballots. They would open them, look at them. They had black tape on the table and they would put black tape over certain ballots. And was there a legal procedure that you learned in your training that black tape was needed for something? No. So the bales were tampered with for sure. I don't know what they put it over. They wouldn't let us see it. If we challenged it, they would yell at us. And so I don't know where they put black tape or which bales they chose to put black tape on, but it was there and the table managers would use it. And about how many bales did they do this to? Oh, many. Okay, so I, yeah, I, you know, I only went to a few tables, one I stood at for a half hour. I mean, there was, it's a big room with a lot of tables, so I would imagine all the ballot counting. There were quite a few. Okay, and then you also saw something interesting with barcodes, with the, I did take videotape of this. So which I got yelled at for taking pictures actually, and I said I wasn't taking pictures. because I wasn't taking video. So the ballots would come across. First, they would come in the envelopes, the absentee ballots. The absentee ballots had a barcode on them. They would be scanned into the computer. There were many thousands, thousands, thousands of ballots without a barcode. They would take a barcode, put it on the envelope and and then scan it into the computer as if it was a registered voter. So that happened.
