Great product development isn't just guesswork. It involves research, competitor analysis and a healthy feedback loop. That's how you build great products. @metalsofficial [Spoken audio]: So we were trying to think about something from the ground up like Metals.io. Typically I would look at three sources of information or research. I think the first one is general market research, trying to see what's out there in the market already, potentially are there any gaps or things that people are screaming about that don't exist yet. The second one would be competitors. So what are competitors doing in the space? There are lots of RWA projects, they're all doing very different things and then try and incorporate the best of that and take that on board. It's one advantage that you have when there's already some products in the market. And then I think the third thing is around feedback. So we have now had the luxury of having a product in the market for over a year with Uranium.io and being able to see from that what people are saying about it, how people are reacting, what are the good things that they like about it, what they hate about it. I think take all of that feedback on board and try and distill some kind of key themes or insights that we can incorporate into metals.
