Ethereum everyone has been complaining about... might not be the Ethereum we'll have in a few years. Vitalik's new Lean Ethereum roadmap is a complete redesign of the network. If it succeeds: - Faster finality - Lower fees - Native privacy - Quantum-safe security $ETH [Spoken audio]: Vitalik just dropped Ethereum's biggest roadmap update since the merge. Now it's called Lead Ethereum and it's expected to be completed in the next three to four years. One of their top priorities is quantum resistance, which is so great to see because safety and security should be every protocol's number one priority, especially with all the DeFi hacks lately. And then another top priority is privacy, which is also great to see because we know institutions value privacy, right? They don't want their customer data to be public. So it's great to see them putting that at the forefront. Now, Ethereum recently did cut 20% of their staff and 40% of their budget. So it will be interesting to see how they execute this.
