Making it something that coexists with debt and equity is difficult" Ram on why having both tokens and equity together is so hard "We've had Delaware law [Spoken audio]: I think both tokens and equity can work. I think the thing that will be hard is having both tokens and equity if you're not very careful about defining the rights of both. I 100% agree. There's no third category called token that you can fit into this stack. What you can do with the token is make it equity or you can make it debt. Making it some other kind of concept that coexist with debt and equity is difficult. Now, what Austin said is the right idea. It's like, what are the rights that it attaches to? And where does it fit in the capital stack? That'd be the way to think about it. Overall, just to simplify things, I would say it's challenging to have both equity and tokens together.
