Democratizing connectivity

@JoshMandell6

Iโ€™m on board with the firm moving in this direction. When the usual approach to funding dividends is just selling more shares of common stock, opting to sell a small amount of Bitcoin instead essentially behaves like a buyback of the common. $MSTR

@Liquid_BTC

You can see the UTXOs moving on the Liquid block explorer. You can't see the amounts, and you can't see which asset moved. A zero knowledge proof lets every full node verify the transaction is valid, without seeing a single number. @adam3us on how Confidential Transactions [Spoken audio]: You can look on a liquid block explorer. So Blockstream has an open source block explorer for Bitcoin and liquid and actually mempool.space is using this open source technology, the Blockstream developed. And then if you look at confidential transactions on a liquid block explorer, you can see the UTXO is moving. But what you can't see is the amount of the transaction. So how many Bitcoin were transferred. And because liquid is also native asset support chain, there are a Tether, there is T-Build, there's a CMSTR, all these assets, if you're not a central receiver of a transaction, you can't see that, or non-AMP assets, only the central receiver of a transaction can see that, so it's kind of encrypted in a way, and for the AMP assets, which are licensed authorities, then the share registration agent can see it, as well as the center and the recipient, and so effectively there's a form of encryption happening, which is between the center and recipient of the transaction, and it has a kind of zero knowledge proof attached to it so that any full node in the network and the block signers in the network can verify that the inputs add up to the output even though they can't read what was actually said they can't see the amount so you have kind of a proof that encrypted 3 plus encrypted 5 is also encrypted 8 but you don't know any of those numbers unless you're the participant
