The central token shifts from displaying a generic "y" to the XRP logo as it spins, while the surrounding coins tumble around it. In the first frame, a viewer question overlay from "@texturedpuma" appears asking about the "stablecoin sandwich talk" and whether XRP can reach high prices without the bridge use case, which the speaker then addresses throughout the clip. The video features a scrolling top banner promoting a "BEYONDBROKE1MO" discount code and "Jake Claver" branding in the corner. > > "Jake onStablecoin Sandwich He's correct (on these 2 points) 1. @Ripple has used Tether & USDC Stablecoins to bridge ODL. Cheaper | Faster on XRPL DEX. It's why @Vet_X0 always talks more quality assets & @XRPLF lead @MollinBrett talks LIQUIDITY. 2. XRP = Many use cases [Spoken audio]: Textured boomer says thoughts on all the stable coin sandwich talk, including the ripple executives can XRP reach high prices without the bridge use case. I haven't looked into this. I'm going to give it a Google here stable. stablecoin sandwich is a cross-border payment method that bypasses traditional banking intermediaries by converting a sender's local fiat currency into stablecoins like USDC, transferring them across the blockchain, converting that back to the recipient's local currency. Neither the sender nor the recipient need to interact directly with crypto. So again, I stated this earlier, if there is a faster, cheaper way to settle payments, it will route through XRP if it's on the XRPL. If it's given a tier one status, treasuries also have a tier one status currently, US treasuries do. I think if there could be other currencies that are also given or their treasuries given a tier one status by the BIS as things progress here because they'll be able to use those as collateral and they need more collateral. They need a lot more collateral for the derivatives market. So what they just discussed there is how Ripple has utilized Tether and ODL and now ROUSD and ODL. A lot of people like predicate the entire use case of XRP based on settlement of international payments. They think, you know, Swift adoption is the end all be all. I would disagree with that substantially. I think that that's just one use case of very many for XRP. I think it's back in infrastructure for market settlement and also collateral for derivatives. That's where I think this is headed. And I think that's the major value proposition for XRP versus cross-border payments. However, I do think that there will be a use case in cross-border payments for it. And if there's enough value in XRP, it will be cheaper and faster than sending a stablecoin. So I don't know if you've ever sent USDC. It is cheaper than traditional rails, but it is not free. it's not pennies. If you're sending large amounts of USDC, there's a there's a decent cost to it because it's going to burn that on Ethereum. If you're using Polygon or another network, then yeah, maybe it's an even lower cost, but they're going to choose the lowest cost fastest option. And that's going to be the bridge. So you're utilizing a stablecoin as the bridge in this instance here that you mentioned the stablecoin sandwich but if they have the optionality to do something cheaper and faster that's interoperability and it has a built-in dex to be able to swap between the two different things that either counterparty wants to send and receive they're going to choose that over the stablecoin um unless yeah that's going to be the case that's the That's the case that I would make." ### Post #4 by @SMQKEDQG > **Author:** SMQKE ([@SMQKEDQG](https://x.com/SMQKEDQG)) > **Metrics:** 426 likes · 80 retweets · 7 comments · 9.7K views > **Posted:** 2026-06-18T09:54:59+00:00 > **Source Link:** [https://x.com/SMQKEDQG/status/2067546608913310074](https://x.com/SMQKEDQG/status/2067546608913310074) > **Visual Note:** The image features a poster or brochure for Oracle Magazine, which highlights real estate tokenization and privacy features of the Oracle Database Management System (DBMS).
