> **Visual Note:** A Binance Support Center announcement dated August 14, 2026, titled "Maintenance Updates," informs users that Binance will cease support for deposits and withdrawals of tokens on selected networks, effective August 21, 2026. The user's panicked reaction, tagging Binance executives and referencing #UST and #LUNA, suggests the maintenance update likely affects Terra (LUNA) and its associated stablecoin UST, tokens that have historically caused major market turmoil for Binance users.

In the first two panels, the woman argues that a 1.5% tax would "reduce volume and price of $LUNA" and "kill utility and nobody will ever build on Terra again," to which the man simply replies "BE HONEST." In the third panel, she finally admits "1.5% tax will hurt my $20 Penguin NFT project," prompting the response "THANK YOU!"—humorously satirizing the Terra (UST/LUNA) community's debate over implementing a burn fee, suggesting opponents' real concern was their small NFT investments.
