A stock ticker for Strategy Inc appears on the left side of the screen, cycling through intraday, one-month, and three-month data showing the share price hovering around $96.60-$96.80, despite notable declines of around 22-30% over the longer periods. Midway through, the broadcast splits to show the Bloomberg anchor on the left alongside Le, before returning to a full-screen view of Le as he continues to speak about restarting Bitcoin accumulation and growing the company's USD reserve. > > "JUST IN: Strategy $MSTR CEO Phong Le just said, "Our plan is to get $STRC back to par and restart #Bitcoin accumulation. We will continue to increase our USD reserve as it's very accretive to our BPS." "Having 2-3 years of dividends in our USD reserve is a big part of our [Spoken audio]: Yeah, our plan is to get stretch back to par Unsure how long that will take building up the US dollar reserve was a big part of that and we'll continue to build that And yeah when stretch gets back to par will issue more will buy Bitcoin We may continue to beef up our US dollar reserve That's a big part of our capital plan is to issue more preferred over time because very accretive to our Bitcoin per share Which is accretive to our shareholders. Well, I am curious just about just kind of the structure going forward I mean, to get back to par, is there a sense here that you can do that, whether it's with selling more Bitcoin or issuing more equity? Have you determined what might actually be the best path to get there or the most efficient path to get there? We think the first thing is the US dollar reserve, right? I think we've learned over the course of the last couple of months that having that liquid access to US dollar capital, whether it be one, two, three years is quite important. And then we saw when we increased it in the last couple of weeks, we got a stretch up from a low in the 75 range to close to 90. So we'll continue to build that. We increase the dividend. I don't think the dividend is as much of a factor, and I think a track record of success and a track record of execution, and then of course education where we're a year into the product. A lot of financial products take two or three years to mature. So we're early. We're learning. We're listening to the market. And the great thing is there are built-in mechanisms with the market. For example, go into a par, right? staying at par. That's a mechanism that lets us know what we're doing right and what we're not doing right and what we can improve upon." ### Post #17 by @SatsIntel > **Author:** SatsIntel - Inteligencia del Bitcoin Standard ([@SatsIntel](https://x.com/SatsIntel)) > **Metrics:** 3 likes · 3 retweets · 3 comments · 351 views > **Posted:** 2026-07-15T07:21:14+00:00 > **Source Link:** [https://x.com/SatsIntel/status/2077292389668937814](https://x.com/SatsIntel/status/2077292389668937814) > **Visual Note:** A SatSintel Bitcoin Data dashboard in Spanish titled 'Las preferentes que pagan por acumular BTC,' showing 6 perpetual preferred stocks (SATA, SATC, SATF, SATD, SATK, MERCURY) with dividend yields from 4.9% to 13%. > > "Companies that accumulate bitcoin:native now pay you for financing them.
