Visible tickers include BTCUSD.P, and on-screen text repeatedly references "Saylor selling BTC" and bearish warnings about Bitcoin. > > "Bitcoin is going to zero for a reason nobody is talking about. I uncovered the insane truth about Strategy & how Saylor is running the biggest ponzi in history This video shows how $STRC is the nail in BTC's coffin + why you should sell all your crypto before it's too late [Spoken audio]: Well, here we go again, crypto has truly never been more over. I'm still shorting this shit to zero. And in this video, I'm going to be discussing a very important idea that very, very few people understand that is a fundamental reason why Bitcoin will continue going to zero. And no one is talking about this right now for some reason. And I only recently started to dig more into this, so you guys are going to have to bear with me. explain this as simply as possible to you know basically at a middle school level if possible for context as you guys know I've been short in crypto ever since October at the pretty much the yaltime highs I've mentioned why I was short in crypto for a long time right since October I was mainly doing so because of the lack of narratives right there was so much overextension with the greed involved in the digital asset treasuries or dates and if you guys want to learn more about why you can watch these videos in the past and I've sort of maintained this position while going all in on metals, gold and silver, as well as AI and robotics. And this is all transparently posted, have posted over nine figures in public returns on these trades. And not only in the public sector, but also the private sector where I invested in many robotics companies and AI companies like Anthropic, Figure AI, Andrew, Open AI, many such robotics and AI companies. And I've been maintaining this position ever since the entirety of the past year where I mentioned that the sort of short crypto and long AI and robotics was going to be the greatest rate of all time. And so I still maintain this position. I think that there's even more reason in the short term to be bearish. And I'm going to be discussing the exact reasons why in this video. So as you guys know, right, my trading system primarily revolves around reaction rather than prediction. I very rarely speculate. I think speculation is why people end up holding something like Bitcoin for way too long because they make too many assumptions that are untrue about the market, right? Market structure is the only objective framework that we can use to really understand the market and make actionable trades that are in line with the trend, right? For many months, I was long on Bitcoin because of this higher highs and higher lows, but as soon as we broke this sort of series of higher highs and higher lows, that was when I started to get concerned, especially back in October where we swept this all-time high right here and it had that large crypto crash. So there's a fundamental, a price action-based reason, why market structure-based reason, why I was bearish and why I was shorting. But there's also a fundamental reason that I've covered before with regards to the lack of narratives for crypto, all the institutions bought, and primarily the main trade of crypto is involving selling to the institutions, which has already happened. So there's a variety of reasons why I was short on a fundamental basis, but now even more so. And this all involves Michael Saylor and his company strategy. So if you guys don't know about strategy, I'll try to give as sort of brief of a primer as I can. Even regardless of this reason actually, I still short of Bitcoin. This is a few days ago where I mentioned that the market structure right after Saliar sold Bitcoin was very bearish. People have actually been printing on this, this has been going crazy, and someone actually made 1,000% gains in their total portfolio on this trade as well as some of our other semi-conductor trades on AI stocks, this is something that I've been buying instead of actually Bitcoin, I've been discussing this on my Twitter for a while where I've been discussing how the AI stock explosion is the biggest opportunity that we have right now. So all this to say that I shorted Bitcoin right around here and the main reason was because yes, Sailor sold Bitcoin, but looking more closely, there is something that very few people are discussing and this is STRC or Stretch. So I wrote more about this over the past day where I was doing some research on it. And I had a very rudimentary understanding prior to this about strategy and how they raise money in order to sell their common stock or preferred stock in order to buy more Bitcoin. So in essence, what strategy is, is that they're essentially a holding company that holds a lot of Bitcoin. And they continue to raise capital in the public markets to continue to buy more Bitcoin. And how they do this is what's called a premium to NAV. So NAV stands for NAV net asset value. So how this works is that, let's say for the sake of simplicity, that there are 10 shares that strategy has in their total market cap. So let's say that there's 10 shares of MSTR. And let's say that they have 10 Bitcoin that they own as well. So each stock is correlated to one Bitcoin. Let's say that there's a raging bull market and that the value of MSTR, their stock value, is actually twice as expensive as the value of their Bitcoin. That means that they are trading at a 2x NAV premium. And so the reason why this is important is because they can then go ahead and say, hey, like because our stock is actually valued at twice the amount of our Bitcoin, we can actually go ahead and sell, let's say one share of our stock to, let's say me, I buy that share. And because the amount I'm paying for is actually twice the value of our Bitcoins, that means that I can actually go ahead and purchase two Bitcoins off that one stock that someone else buys. And the reason why this is important is because this is actually a creative. So usually when you sell shares or when you issue more shares of your company, this is dilutive, right? And this intuitively makes sense, right? You're actually adding more shares and that means that intuitively you would be diluting current shareholders. But the way MSCR does this is actually a creative because there's a premium. So usually, right, there's a speculative premium on the Bitcoin that they have so that their stock price is actually higher than the current value of their Bitcoin assets. But this is no longer the case really. Bitcoin has been going down a lot and because of that their stock price, it's basically a levered Bitcoin so it continues to go down even more. So now their premium to nav no longer exists. And this is a problem because they've actually offered a yield product recently called Stretch. And Stretch, or you know, the ticker STRC, supposedly gives 11.5% yields and cash annually. And this is a problem because Michael Saylor recently sold, you know, $3 million of Bitcoin. And the amount of which is not important, right? He sold Bitcoin, $3 million, it seems like it's not a problem, but it's a problem because it's a sort of canary in the coal mine. First of all, it's a violation of their narrative, right? for a long time, their sort of thesis was that they would hold Bitcoin forever. Michael Saylor has always said that he would never sell Bitcoin, but a few months ago, he basically alluded that they would probably have to sell their Bitcoin in order to preserve their sort of NAV premium. But not only that, but because they're offering this yield product, they're flying too close to the sun, because now that they are supposed to give this yield, Bitcoin itself doesn't generate yield. So how are they going to get this money? They're either going to have to issue more MSTR stock, but the problem is that their stock is no longer at a premium to nav, so now they're gonna have to sell Bitcoin. And so this is the big kicker here. So there's probably a couple other niche ways they can do this, but the main way that they can generate this cash is by selling Bitcoin. And so not only do we have a narrative shift, but we also have a fundamental shift in the way the company operates, right? Strategy is no longer just a Bitcoin accumulator, but rather a levered Bitcoin financial engineering vehicle. And now they have to continue to deliver yield because MSTR isn't trading at a premium it's an app. And they cannot do this effectively because of that. And they might have to sell more Bitcoin in the future. And so this is actually very bearish for Bitcoin as you can probably tell. And the more I look into this, the more my thesis is sort of validated in this respect. And obviously this is a little more complicated than what I've let on. There's a lot of sort of financial complications with the way that MSTR sort of set this up. So one of the niche ways that Sailor can get out of this predicament is if you simply just buys all of the STRC shares back. But the problem is that, that costs around eight or nine billion dollars, according to my research on Claude. And that's a lot of money that he doesn't have. And not only that, he has a cash problem. It's all sending back to this cash issue where they have liquidity issues and where are they going to get the cash to raise for this? And not only that, even if they get the cash somehow that magically appears at their doorstep, the issue is that this creates a lot of distrust in the company. They made this entirely so that they could reward their shareholders that they could build trust with their shareholders. But now they're just gonna go back on it. Like, I feel like that would be a very, very damaging move for strategy that would actually decrease confidence in their stock. And it would actually create a further issue with regards to their deficit to NAV right now. So I think that this would actually be a not a viable solution. But in essence, there is quite an insane confluence of bearish fundamentals for Bitcoin in both the near and long term. So if you're a sort of long term Bitcoin holder, I'd be very cautious about adding Bitcoin here. I think you want to wait for a significant shift in market structure before you end up buying. At least a reclaim of 81K, but I think I'm continuing to be short on Bitcoin. And if you guys have any thoughts and understanding that I don't have on Sailor and his, you know, cells of Bitcoin. And on strategy, I'd love to hear it. As you guys know, I'm still kind of learning about this, but this sort of adds more confidence to my bearish bias. And as you guys can see, this has been a pretty much textbook T-Wop structure on the way down, right? And on lower time frames, when you short a structure like this, it's very easy to do so, right? Because the structure is so clean, you have such clear invalidations, especially at local highs that are formed right around New York Open, right? For example, yesterday we had this sort of high that was formed here around New York Open. So simply any intraday high will do, and you can just mark the invalidation right there, and then watch as price rolls over, and then you can just TP on the way down. And this is something that I covered, not only in many videos in the past, but also right here where I mentioned that shorts are valid within validations of whatever previous local high was. And in this case, yesterday we had this, even before that right around New York Open, when we had that move down right here. So this was the sort of high right here. And same with the other day, right around here, right? Sailor sold right around here. And so you could mark the invalidation right here and then continue to play that downside structure. Usually this resolves in some sort of cascade where eventually we might see a cascade all the way down below 60K, this is sort of level of interest right here. And if we do see a cascade, I think we could actually go all the way down to what I expected us to go down to, which is 49K, which is a sort of do or die level all the way back in 2024. And if that level is lost, I mean, this is pretty much going to fill this inefficiency back down all the way down here. So I'm still short and expecting downside, especially compared to all of these AI stocks, which I've been discussing over the past couple of months where I've been gig along on all of these stocks. I pretty much put all of my profits in both, you know, crypto as well as other public market plays into all of these stocks like Micron, like AMD, Sandisk, all of these stocks which have been going up and to the right only have been taking profits as this trend has been playing out. But this market structure continues to remain. And as long as this sort of series of higher highs and higher lows remains on a high timeframe, I will continue to be allocated to these as the market continues to price in this sort of infrastructure build out for AI and data centers. Another really bearish factor for Bitcoin is that it's doing all of this price action, this disgusting price action while the S&P is making new all-time high after new all-time high. So imagine once this, if this eventually corrects, right? Haven't really been talking about crypto for that reason because AI stocks has just been outperforming like crazy, right? But let's say, right, that the S&P corrects maybe like five to 10% what happens, right? What will happen to Bitcoin then? And I think that's the main thing where it's shown so much relative weakness, failing to make any sort of significant high, failing to even make a higher high above here. So what's the point in all this, right? This all rolled over and I think that if we see significant sort of drawdowns in ESMP, this would be catastrophic for Bitcoin. So that's my sort of positioning and thoughts on Bitcoin. We'd love to hear what you guys have to think about this. I think that's for many fundamental and price action-based reasons, crypto will continue going to zero. But yeah, we'd love to hear if you guys have any questions about this. And yeah, I'll see you guys in the next video." ### Post #3 by @betirement > **Author:** Betirement ([@betirement](https://x.com/betirement)) > **Metrics:** 679 likes · 70 retweets · 81 comments · 107.7K views > **Posted:** 2026-06-04T11:00:00+00:00 > **Source Link:** [https://x.com/betirement/status/2062489540816707901](https://x.com/betirement/status/2062489540816707901) > **Visual Note:** The image shows a man with a beard wearing a blue shirt holding his hand up to his face, as if he's deep in thought or contemplation.
