Converting users (especially physical collectors) is a huge hurdle

I understand the attraction of physical collectibles right now; but it hasn’t proven effective previously for OpenSea

Let’s see how it plays out

[Spoken audio]: That boy, Whale, is at it again. Let me just shrink myself down a little bit so you can see this a little more detail-like. Okay, so Whale, you're talking about OpenSea and their current opening of their Perps platform, right? Instead of focusing on what he believes to be more bullish is on the collectible side with all the gotcha volume that they see currently on Solana, on different ecosystem. It looks really great from the outside looking in, right? Now everyone forgets, OpenSea has done collaborations with collectibles platforms before. They've done a collaboration with Courtyard in cohesion with Badagos. They released packs on their platform. They've done a current collaboration with Panini Blockchain, right? For those of you who don't know, Panini Blockchain is on Hyperledger Sawtooth, kind of an older ecosystem for privacy basis, but they've done a lot of work in the Ethereum ecosystem I'm building a bridge between Hyperledger and Ethereum, which is why they've released a collection and they're doing work with OpenC. Now the issue is these conversions haven't exactly worked. The collectibles community is very trust based. So jumping in to a new platform like OpenC that is natively known as an NFT marketplace is a very hard conversation to have. The marketplace volume hasn't been there, the collectible drops volume hasn't been there. So, OpenC right now is in discovery mode. They're trying stuff out. They're looking to be the everything platform for all things tokens, not just NFTs, not just physical digital collectibles, and not just the fungible tokens that you know and love. They're looking to be everything on that side. So, I'm very interested to see how things evolve. Obviously, we will know once we know, but right now, I see from other perspective, it does look very shiny from the outside until you look at further of the data of what it actually looks like."
