Confidential Compute You are creating an application and it's confidential, right? It's a secret it's something that is private. Flare, confidential, compute. So, Flare Confidential Compute is obviously TEs, which is Trusted Execution Environment. It's an environment where no one can actually see what is really happening inside if you're going to create an application or something like that, or you're going to do things if it comes to compute, it's all going to be confidential. It's going to be private. So, everything inside of this is private and this is something that blockchain needs and this is something that flair is building so let me just do this very simple for you guys as an example so you have a customer over here and this customer wants a loan from the bank so that person has all of their information if it comes to passport information, bank statements, and this is obviously what the bank holds. So the bank, if the bank is going to use a blockchain like this, let's say a regular blockchain, all of that information will be on the blockchain. It won't be inside of a trusted execution environment. No, it will be open. Everything will be open. All of this guy's information everybody can see. So with this trusted execution environment, actually which is called FCC, Flare Confidential Compute, this guy's information will be actually put inside of here. This guy makes this amount of money. If you look at his passport, all All right, this guy looks the same on the passport. All right, cool. So everything, every single check, every calculation happens on the FCC. Verifying identity, checking the credit score, as an example, analyzing income. Everything is going to happen inside of here. So verification of identity. verification, analyze income, you can also think about loan approval. So this is just for the bank, just as one example. So this FCC is checking everything inside private. What is very important for you guys to know, no one can go and see everything what is happening inside. The bank is sending sensitive information from this guy. So then you have FCC that actually allows you to do calculations like this. But one thing you guys need to know is the FCC doesn't have applications like this. The bank is actually going to create an application inside of the FCC. That is something that you guys really need to understand. Because this is just only for the bank. can also create more applications. Let's say as an example, if you're working at a hospital, you need a different application to do certain things. Well, for the bank, they need to have a calculation in order to see if this person gets a loan approval. So an application will be built inside of the FCC, and then it will be executed inside of this, I would say black box, no one can actually see what is inside. So actually, it's not even transparent it's just like this if you think about it right no one can actually go inside so the bank needs to create an application inside of it and then eventually all the calculations with the sensitive information from this guy will be all in here they will calculate how much does he make every single year what is his credit score income Analyzation and then obviously at the end will the loan be approved or not? So then here comes the next step The result Will be coming to smart accounts You guys are pretty familiar with smart accounts I believe you know if it comes to burning yield with your FXRP smart accounts is behind that if it comes to integration with with the examinal wallet, decent wallet, you have ways for smart accounts to be implemented, but they're going to use it for this too. So the result, if he is approved or not, will be going to smart accounts. So the information that has been put in here, all of his information if it comes to the bank statement, his passport and everything will still be here and the result will be going up here. So no sensitive information be going to the smart account and then eventually it goes to that person. I would just do it like this and the person is happy because he gets his loan approved. So this is the result that he gets, right? He is not going to see everything here. This is just the mechanics behind Flare Confidential Compute. So the bank is going to put in all of the information inside, no one can see what is really happening and also one thing you guys need to know is that this is not completely on the blockchain this is just a side thing from flair but then eventually once that calculation is done it will be sent over to smart accounts and this is obviously on the blockchain and yeah that approval it's not something private or something like that you know it's not some harmful information that people need to hide. It's just, all right, you're approved and this guy's happy. He gets his loan. So this is only for the bank guys. We can talk about a lot of other ways how you can actually implement this technology. It can be AI. It can even be KYC verification for big companies. It can even be in real-world assets right? In bond insurance or something like that or it can even be in the healthcare industry because this person also has some medical information and we can turn this into a hospital guys. This is kind of weird but hospital also same thing sensitive information, and then go to the FCC, it gives the results. Same thing, same process, but this is just another industry that can actually utilize the FCC. It can also be for enterprise, for cybersecurity, also very important, and even in the gaming industry. So actually the entire world in general, if you have a company, the healthcare industry, gaming, everything that is actually online has sensitive information. And if they want to use the blockchain they know everything what they're going to put on there is going to be public. With this they can have both. You use this it's also going to be on the blockchain. This is all private and the result obviously will be going to that person which is obviously going to be on the blockchain on the Flare network. And then because we can process that data on Flare using our what we call the FLARE data connector, which means we can prove down to FLARE that there has been a transaction on the XRP ledger to a specific address with this tag attached in the metadata. We can enable XRP to come from an exchange directly to FLARE without the user having to go from the exchange to XRP ledger to FLARE.
