> **Visual Note:** A Filecoin (FIL) price chart against TetherUS shows the cryptocurrency's all-time high of $433 followed by a dramatic crash to just $0.73, visually illustrating the post's claim that a $10,000 investment at peak would now be worth only $17.

>
> "If you invested $10,000 in Filecoin
$FIL
at its peak, you'd have only $17 today.

What went wrong?"

> **Visual Note:** A Filecoin/Bitcoin (FIL/BTC) weekly chart on Coinbase showing a multi-year downtrend with a yellow descending channel, marking key Fibonacci retracement levels at 0.382 (3x target) and 0.618 (6x target) above a labeled "LOCAL SUPPORT" zone, supporting the post's thesis of a potential 3x–6x bounce.

>
> "$FIL
 vs.
$BTC
 could be cooking a bounce!!

3X to the upper trend and (up to) 6x IF escape (like DASHBTC in Oct 2025)

Not FA #FIL"

> **Visual Note:** A WeChat friend circle post from January 12, 2021, shows a user recommending to "buy FIL under 22" with a screenshot of the FIL/USDT trading chart on Huobi Global displaying a price of 21.8886, ironically highlighting how FIL has since crashed dramatically to around $0.7.

>
> "Back in the day, in the friend circle
Anyone under 22 could buy "FIL" on a whim...
Clutching the value coins in hand

Currently $0.7
Already dropped 31x
And then the line:
"Spot holdings ain't scared"

Man, those days were truly wild!"

Not sure if we should be bullish on crypto storage or bearish. SanDisk jumped a lot last 2 years what does that mean for projects like walrus, Arweave, storj and Filecoin?"
