It is so stupid simple. I can count on it more than anything I've ever traded. And chances are, if you're not consistent, then this is what you're missing. And all you need in order to execute is the first 30 minute candle of the day. Here's how it works. Each day, after the 9.30 AM open, we mark out the high and the low of the first 30 minute candle. the first 30 minutes of the day is the highest volume of the entire session. And after that, in order to get confirmation to enter a trade, we need to see a fair value gap back into the range. I'm going to try to code this into a forex trading bot and let's see what kind of results I can achieve. I now coded his strategy with the help of AI and it sent me a huge file with a lot of code and now I'm about to compile this into a 4x trading bot and launch a backtest over the last four months to see the results. Backtesting now over and as you can see the two most profitable pair is XAUUSD and AUD CAD. We achieved around 15% in the last four months which is very good. We had a profit factor between 1.33 and 1.85 which is very good as well and a very low drawdown. Overall I think this is a great strategy. I'm going to rate this one a 4 out of 5 because obviously it's not profitable on all pairs and it would also need to be backtested over in a long time frame to see if it's actually profitable in the long run.
