In this video I break down the setup, why I’m long, and why this could be the start of a new bull cycle.

[Spoken audio]: Today we're going to be talking about Coinbase. Now Coinbase is not in a bull cycle at the current moment. However, it is trading at one of the strongest discount ranges that we have within our arsenal. When price is trading at this level, there's a pretty high chance about 65% of the time the price is going to recover back up to all-time highs within the next year. And and we're gonna talk about why I took the position today, where my target is, what would have to happen in order for me to stop out of this position, and I'm gonna break down the trade entirely. Now, the first thing is that we actually saw some unusual options flow hit this name today. We saw call options for almost $3 million expiring 10, 16, 2026 with an expiration of, like we said, 10, 16, 2026 and a strike price of $175. So first and foremost, this is not the reason that I'm taking the position, but when we have a smart money zone or discounted range and on top of that, there's unusual options flow that's hitting the market. This is normally a really good sign that price is going to bounce. Now, if we look at the market structure of Coinbase, even though price has pulled back from highs close to 66%, the structure of the overall market is still bullish. Now we talk a lot about market structure within our courses, but simply market structure is based by swing highs and swing lows. So when price is breaking out to the upside, pulling back and making a higher low, normally price will continue this type of structure until eventually breaking below the previous swing low. And you can see that in the case of Coinbase, we've come back down pretty low, but we've never closed under that most recent swing low. We had this type of setup happen back here in September of 2024, price rallied 120% in 90 days. We saw this happen back here in April of 2025, price rallied nearly 200% within 90 days. And it's happening once again right now. Now one thing that I will say is the last two times we did have a bit of a run below the smart money zone, but it has not hung out this long below the zone, which if I'm being completely objective and honest here, It's not as good of a sign, but the risk versus reward is off the charts at this point. When price is trading in the smart money zones, it means that we are basically at one of the strongest discounts that we have inside of the market. And if institutions are going to step in, it's normally going to be here in order to save the overall structure. If you wanna learn how to draw these smart money zones yourself and understand market structure, there's a completely free smart money zones market structure course down in the description. Now, looking at the data alone, this is one of the strongest strategies that we have and that we have ran for a very long time. When price pulls back into a smart money zone or a monthly fair value band, there is close to a 70% chance that price is going to bounce. And on the smaller stocks, you know, not S&P 100, not NASDAQ 100, or on those smaller names, there's about a 65% chance. So when we look at this type of setup and we look at this type of strategy, this is really, really good. And more importantly, when we look at the risk versus reward of where Coinbase is trading at right now, it's really high. I mean, a move back up to equal high would be about a 180% move to the upside. Where I would be looking to set my stop loss be a clear break of that swing low. So probably about $130 to $125, which at this point is about a 26% downside. So it's not like it's a super tight stop loss by percentages points. However, this would be a clear break of structure and give us close to an eight to one risk versus reward. So when we have an eight to one RVR with like a 60 to 70% chance a profit, I'll take that each and every single day. Put onto the fact that there's also an unusual options flow that hit today just gives us a little bit more, you know, conviction in the setup and conviction in the trade. Now, the last thing that we're going to talk about before we close out this video is the fact that there is no bullish market structure at the, I'm sorry, bull cycle in the market at this point. For those of you who normally trade bull cycles with me who look at the monthly BX, you'll notice that we're currently not showing that at this point. Now with that said, what will normally happen is that a stock will enter into a bull cycle or a multi-month to multi-year long rally. Then once that rally starts to roll over and starts to become bearish, price will normally continue to sell off into discounted pricing and then do it all over again. I have an example that I created here, but normally you'll see massive long-term bull cycle. Bull cycle begins to end and then price will normally revert back into discounted pricing which is institutional buy zone smart money, price will normally bounce and then continue that move back up and enter into a new bull cycle. Now this also brings us to Bitcoin because Bitcoin is basically in the same type of situation. If we look at Bitcoin, long-term bull cycle, like we said, had ended back in October of 2025. We actually called that out to perfection. What normally happens when the bull cycles end? Well, you'll see. Price will, like we showed in our graph, continue to pull back into institutional and discounted smart money pricing before bouncing and entering into a new multi-year to sometimes, I'm sorry, multi-month to multi-year uptrend. So looking at Bitcoin, this is also seated at a really really good support level. I mean, there's a pretty high chance here about 70% that this is the bottom. Now, if this were to break, then we have to worry. If this were to break, then the next zone would end up being all the way down here at about 40 to 45 thousand dollars. But with that said, it's the same type of setup. If we were to enter here, set a stop loss at that swing low structure point, instead of take profit at equal high, you're still looking at a five to one risk versus reward ratio. So when we're buying in smart money zones, it doesn't mean that we're buying into strength. It means that we're buying into institutional discounts that will most likely turn to strength. And that also means that at the end of the day, when you're buying at a smart money zone or an institutional discount, you're basically buying when the sentiment is complete dog shit, and when most people are scared. However, if you're using proper risk management, if you're buying at an institutional discount, and if you are using your actual stop losses, this is one of the best strategies that you can get to find long-term buying prices."
