[Spoken audio]: Let's talk a little bit about the Senate housing bill and the no CBDC provision until 2030. Because if you remember correctly, President Trump signed in an EO basically saying no CBDC, which is great, fine, fantastic. But the fact that they snuck this CBDC provision in a housing bill is absolutely absurd because it has nothing to do with housing number one. And number two, we already know we're getting a CBDC, it's just getting delayed until 2030. But my big problem with it is, is that politicians love to play the game of like, we're gonna go ahead is like add things into bills and whatnot. And the reason why that's problematic is because how is an anti CBDC provision going to impact housing? If you want to impact housing and fix some of the housing problem, it's not about building more houses necessarily. What should be done first is number one, 2% interest rates to people that have single family homes. If they sell that single family home, they buy another one, 2% interest rate. In addition to that, no property taxes. What are we doing property taxes for? Where's that money even going? It's not on a blockchain, we can't track it. But if you lower property taxes or remove them then it costs less for renters to rent and then helps people for housing."
