> **Visual Note:** The image features a stylized, grainy figure holding a Bitcoin against a vibrant blue background, with the word "AZTEC" displayed in the top right corner. The visual ties to the post by symbolizing the tension between Bitcoin's public, transparent transactions and Aztec's mission to deliver true protocol-level privacy as a new Layer 2 solution, with the holding gesture representing the careful, deliberate approach to launching an empty mainnet focused on privacy-first values.

>
> "After 7 years, Aztec’s Ignition mainnet is live.

Yet zero transactions or apps work yet. The chain is deliberately empty – because true protocol-level privacy can’t be rushed.

Here’s how this phased, decentralization-first launch positions Aztec as the leading private L2 on"

> "Clean SDK = transparent accountability and privacy for your app

the fastest way to understand the Clean SDK is to use Shield (
shield.human.tech). it's the whole accountability-privacy stack running in a shipped product, live on
@aztecnetwork
want it in your app?"

> "Privacy is $AZTEC's hard sell.

Aztec founder
@Zac_Aztec
 says DeFi was
swallowed by old finance habits.

Privacy needs a product people use.

A privacy pitch fails when users
cannot feel the difference.

Privacy needs users not slogans."

> **Video Content:** The video shows a sci-fi space scene where a large spacecraft in the foreground appears to be moving forward toward a massive planet or space station visible in the distance, with smaller ships flying alongside in formation. The camera follows the lead vessel as it approaches the curved horizon of the celestial body, with glowing lights and debris scattered across the scene. No on-screen text, tickers, or names appear in the video itself, though the accompanying post references crypto projects and builders including @aztecnetwork and @PlutosCap.

 as well as

The epic journey started with a reply + tag, buried in a thread. When
@FryCookVC
 and I build
@PlutosCap
, one of our key missions is enabling privacy focused builders to leverage off each other's strengths. We love"
