So when looking into a blockchain, it's an additional component that we can see to put in the perspective of the work that we've been doing for the past few years. Amazing. What type of work would that be? The first thing, and a little bit connected to some of the discussions we had today and the panel discussions, the way I see blockchain is when I look at all the technologies that we use within our architecture, we first focus on the business value. We focus on a specific business need, business requirements, really understanding, OK, how can we help the business through these solutions? Blockchain is a little bit of a spin on that, because you actually look at the technology and try to understand what opportunities are you bringing to us. Because if I would just look outside, and it's an image that I can see in a lot of people within the industry, they think cryptocurrency immediately. Some of them are a little bit more versed in the technology so they know that there are other applications to it. But there's still a lot of this stigma, a lot of this connection to cryptocurrency. And when we look at it, we actually see another, let's say, opportunity, which is, okay, how can we actually use this to decentralize our trust towards different components instead of single components to go go from a silent minded approach into a collaborative approach where these different blocks are actually supporting us in keeping security and keeping stability in managing our information. That's the opportunity that we see today. Then translating that into a business value becomes a responsibility of myself and my organization together with my colleagues. I'm glad we only have 40 minutes left. I'm sad. It's late in there. I'm sad we only have 40 minutes left because you're tickling all kinds of sensors in me that are getting excited just by the thought of Volvo or you thinking about blockchain as an enabler. Yes. And a problem solver, not as a speculative asset, which as you said correctly, is the false stigma that somewhat underpins our ecosystem so much? Why, for Volvo? I can give you an example of a discussion I was having earlier today. I compare blockchain to an insurance. Do we like having insurance? I'm not saying we don't like having a blockchain, but you don't think about the need of it until you have a problem. That's more that comparison than I want to make. If you go into a C-suite and you try to say, hey, blockchain is very important for us, the first thing they will ask you, okay, what is the value? And then can you show an immediate value? Maybe you can, there's ways of doing that, but it's a very hard calculation to make it very tangible so that they say, yes, we need to invest in it today. But when something happens that tangible becomes immediate, it comes immediately reality and you know, okay, yeah, this is something we need to invest in. We need to secure that we're having this as part of our enterprise architecture. That's the step that I see for the future of blockchain is to become an integral part of any IT environment because it's not a critical component. When you look at what are the basis for any enterprise architecture, blockchain is not a critical component today. I think it can be in the future. And that's the work that, first of all, through organizations such as Cardano, of educating, of spreading the message, of bringing this awareness to people, awareness to people, I think that's the bridge that needs to be made because we had some recent examples of issues that have happened in different industries that show, yes, there is an opportunity and there is a need for this. Then what I think is one of the constraints or challenges or additional challenges that we have also has to do with when you do a decentralization in the mindset of industries of companies, you're adding complexity or to already complex, very complex setup. So, yeah, now you say, yeah, now let's add these blocks. We'll have decentralization of data sorts in connection, of course, with our cloud solutions. So, you're adding a new component. Why? And that's that translation of going back to the message on insurance that you need to be able to do. It's very complicated. It's not easy to go and say, hey, let's invest in this because it will make sure that in the future we don't have any compliance issues that we can track and trace our goods that really can understand the entire product lifecycle from A to Z, especially because we're investing a lot in remanufacturing. We have now the electrification or electromobility coming into place. How do we actually follow each one of the components building or constituting that part? We have European legislation coming into play as well where we need to understand where each component is actually coming from. And those are all issues that blockchain can help with. In the logistics area, I can tell you that for the last 20, 30 years, we've had issues with country of origin for spare parts. So where does that part originate or even with country of origin calculation? Because there's specific ways of calculating when you have, let's say, composed part. What is the final country of origin for that composed part? Because we're not getting quality information from our material suppliers in some cases or because that data gets transformed in the process of going from system A to system B to system C. If we then get a ledger that is kind of registering all of that information, then that question of trust is taken away. If all the intervenients in the process are using the same approach, can you imagine how easily you can get to that quality of information? That's the perspective and that's the sales argument when coming into our business and into the possibilities that we have with blockchain. Does blockchain in that case also save you costs? Absolutely. In that specific scenario it absolutely would. If we can get it, of course we're talking apathetically, so we would have to see it in practical effect. Everyone using the same type of communication, registering the information, I would be 100% sure that it would, because nowadays what happens is, let's say you procure a part from a material supplier, the person doing the agreement with the material supplier will be a purchaser. His main deliverable is not country of origin. It's about the contract, the quality of the part with that specific supplier. Somewhere in that interaction, the focus is not on the quality of the information of the country of origin or any other attributes because the purchaser is not a technical person by default. They have some technical insights. That's not what they will focus on. The focus is best price, best quality, best location or best supplier. That's what they will focus on. But if we could go directly to the material supplier and say you need to register the information in this way so that we then also collect information we can understand if there's any transformation that is needed and we can secure from end to end that the information is always the same in that it is correctly registered. So we actually go to the source because today we're not going to the source we're going into a system where someone is inserting what the country of origin is supposed to be but they have it they know it. So if we go to the same ledger, if we read the information from the same origin, then that problem goes away. This is just a simplified example of benefits that we could gain and that can be quantified and that can be shown to say, okay, this is the value that blockchain can bring."

[Spoken audio]: The core reason why Leos exists is Cardano has a long-term sustainability problem. Right now, there is a reserve of ADA that has never been issued, and a little bit each epoch gets issued. And as those reserves diminish, so too will the staking rewards that users and stake pull operators get. We need to be doing a certain amount of transaction volume to match even just what the reserves are doing today. And that break-even point is about 50 TPS. That will come in two prongs. The first one is making sure that the Cardano network can do 50 TPS. And so the core idea is, can we publish and circulate the details of transactions before we have to reach consensus on them? We would have had to answer very difficult questions about about how the speed of light impacts that throughput and forces trade-offs in terms of determinism and things that we hold kind of near and dear to our heart in Cardano. There's the great Sebastian Nagel. He was put in charge of Leos and along with the team that he was leading, they came up with a really clever idea for a staged rollout of Leos. An intermediate step that doesn't get us to the full throughput that this version layoffs could achieve. You know, when we were benchmarking is upwards of 8 to 10,000 transactions per second. But it way overshoots what we need to survive. So even if we were to do a few thousand TPS, not 10,000, but a few thousand, we'd do phenomenally over what our break-even point is."

[Spoken audio]: I made almost $4 million off of a $30,000 initial investment and then $20,000 dollar cost average into the bull run. And I did this by picking one of the most hated cryptos, which was Cardano. I bought Cardano at a penny, at 3 cents, at 7 cents, 11 cents, and 14 cents. And I watched this thing ride up to over $3. There was other cryptos I had, but Cardano was one of my biggest bags. And the same sentiment that Cardano had in the 2021 bull run, it's the same thing I'm seeing with internet computer. Now, I'm not going to go into much of internet computer. I just wanted to point that out. But a crypto that is being slept on, no one's talking about, and when they do, all they have as bad things to say about it, but I noticed that everybody that says something bad about Cardano doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about. So, do you own Cardano? If you don't, why don't you own Cardano? When I talk about cryptos, I don't just talk about what they can do in terms of how much money you can make. I talk about cryptos in terms of what they're going to do for the future of finance, for the future of money, for the future of the internet, for the future of freedom. If you like freedom, you may want to look into Cardano. Now I find it funny, or maybe the word should be ironic, that the cryptocurrencies that are the most decentralized get the most hate. Even in the AI space, you see SingularityNet, a lot of people have talked about it, Ajax, I love it. But they're trying to decentralize artificial intelligence, Cardano trying to decentralize virtually everything on the blockchain. Giving us a true sense of what freedom should have been like or should be like. And then you look at ICP, trying to decentralize the internet from the ground up. Why is that? Why is it that these cryptos that are genuinely amazing, amazing cryptocurrencies, amazing projects that I think are going to revolutionize the world are the most hated? Why is it that so many people are so big on Solana? Well, is it because Solana has better marketing, maybe? Is it because Solana went from 12 cents to $1.35 in a couple of months, maybe? Is it because it's a centralized crypto? I don't know. All I can say is that money will be made with Cardano. Money will be made with ICP. will be made with Singularity Net. These three cryptos are going to surprise a lot of people because everybody's going to be focused on the cryptos that the VCs want you to focus on. And you're going to miss out on the boat of these other cryptos with much smaller market caps versus Solana, Ethereum, Bitcoin. I wanted to bring this to your attention because, well, at the end of the day, my job is to inform you on what you may be or may not be looking at. Then I give you my opinion because I'm not a financial advisor and then you make your decisions from there. But if you like decentralization, if you like freedom, if you like cryptos that are being slept on that could make massive gains, take a look at those three cryptos. [Spoken audio]: I made almost $4 million off of a $30,000 initial investment and then $20,000 dollar cost average into the bull run. And I did this by picking one of the most hated cryptos, which was Cardano. I bought Cardano at a penny, at 3 cents, at 7 cents, 11 cents, and 14 cents. And I watched this thing ride up to over $3. There was other cryptos I had, but Cardano was one of my biggest bags. And the same sentiment that Cardano had in the 2021 bull run, it's the same thing I'm seeing with internet computer. Now, I'm not going to go into much of internet computer, I just wanted to point that out. But a crypto that is being slept on, no one's talking about and when they do, all they have as bad things to say about it, but I notice that everybody that says something bad about Cardano doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about. So, do you own Cardano? If you don't, why don't you own Cardano? When I talk about cryptos, I don't just talk about what they can do in terms of how much money you can make. I talk about cryptos in terms of what they're going to do for the future of finance, for the future of money, for the future of the internet, for the future of freedom. If you like freedom, you may want to look into Cardano. Now I find it funny, or maybe the word should be ironic, that the cryptocurrencies that are the most decentralized get the most hate. Even in the AI space, you see SingularityNet, a lot of people have talked about it, Ajix, I love it, but they're trying to decentralize artificial intelligence, Cardano trying to decentralize virtually everything on the blockchain, giving us a true sense of what freedom should have been like or should be like. And then you look at ICP, trying to decentralize the internet from the ground up. Why is that? Why is it that these cryptos that are genuinely amazing, amazing cryptocurrencies, amazing projects that I think are going to revolutionize the world are the most hated? Why is it that so many people are so big on Solana? Well, is it because Solana has better marketing? Maybe? because Solano went from $0.12 to $1.35 in a couple of months? Maybe. Is it because it's a centralized crypto? I don't know. All I can say is that money will be made with Cardano. Money will be made with ICP. Money will be made with SingularityNet. These three cryptos are going to surprise a lot of people because everybody's going to be focused on the cryptos that the VCs want you to focus on. And you're going to miss out on the boat of these other cryptos with much smaller market caps versus Solana, Ethereum, Bitcoin. I wanted to bring this to your attention because, well, at the end of the day, my job is to inform you on what you may be or may not be looking at. Then I give you my opinion because I'm not a financial advisor and then you make your decisions from there. But if you like decentralization, if you like freedom, if you like cryptos that are being slept on that could make massive gains, take a look at those three cryptos. Skłaniam się ku OKX, bo przy 140 dolarach łańcuch PLN→EUR→PLN przez ZEN kosztowałby mnie ~2% kapitału w samych przewalutowaniach, czyli kilkadziesiąt razy więcej niż różnice w prowizjach. Ale mam wątpliwości."
