Here's the condensed version. End-to-end encrypted calls 1:1 calls and voice channels now encrypt every media frame. The media server only ever relays ciphertext, encryption is mandatory, and there is no plaintext mode. Encrypted calls show a lock badge. Calls and voice were also rebuilt underneath: faster connects, better behavior on restrictive networks, a stable video grid, focus/pin, screen shares as tiles, draggable picture-in-picture. Both sides need 0.7.0+ — older clients get auto-declined with an update prompt."
