My long-term goal is to build a career in investment banking, particularly M&A, but I'm finding it difficult to transition into the field as a fresher. I'm not getting many relevant interview opportunities, and I'm concerned that staying in my current role for too long might make the transition harder. I'm also preparing for the CFA and have a working knowledge of financial modelling, DCF valuation, and other valuation methodologies."
