Hi all, I’m having issues accessing my deceased brother’s Binance account. As we did not have his phone when he passed, two factor access to his account was not possible. I have access to his email and can see activity from before he passed away in 2024 along with more recent activity relating to conversions and delistings, and see any login attempts or password reset requests reflected in there too. There is clearly still an account under his email and I have reason to believe there is a decent balance on the account. When I go through the deceased user appeal page and submit all requested documentation, Binance tell me the account email is incorrect:"
