Hello, new here and new to OE so I apologize if this isn’t allowed. Finishing up my first week of OE @ j2. Company onboarding clearly states that no conflicts of interest are allowed and that any other jobs must be reported to them. J1 is in the same field doing the same job and I’ve just started reviewing the platform for J2 and there are overlapping clients. J2 pays more, better benefits but I am just coming up on one year at J1 and would like to at least put that on a resume at a full year and collect a few extra checks (well 2 extra checks). J1 is also super slow and I am anticipating possibly being laid off. Would you ride it out? If I get caught I’d quit j1 if given the opportunity. Any advice? Thanks!"
