I’ve seen this happen a lot. Someone warms a mailbox for a couple of weeks, the tool shows great health, then they start real outreach and placement drops hard. Instant opens, no real reading time, very consistent patterns. And the content used for warmup is usually generic, nothing like the actual sales copy being sent.
