Hello everyone would really appreciate some advice. I just lost my job today as of 45 minutes ago. I'm not freaking out or panicking but I do feel all my emotions at once which is a weird feeling and is making it hard to think. I know I can't be objective right now and I want to help come up with a plan for myself. As right now i feel like i cant be objective but dont want to fuck my self  Here's what i know about my termination They hired two new guys with more experience than me at the two location i worked at.
They didn't give me a single reason for my termination, nothing about complaints, poor production numbers, issues with other staff member i got nothing 
They stated even though we renewed your contract in july we decide to not keep my employment ( cant remember in exact word) 
They haven't removed access to my employee email yet. 
No body knew it was coming not my manager supervisor 
I have patient scheduled throughout the next month and a half 
I will get an email from HR at some point
I will not technically be fired for 90 days but i cant go in and work ,they had me take my stuff today and cant go back to either office
They said they will pay out any collection or cases i have sent out
Open enrollment for health insurance open tomorrow (10/9/2026) but they fired me today 
They said ill be on cobra 
I have a 401k that i was contributing to 
They terminated me before the busy season thank to the holidays and people trying to use their benefits"
