I just visited Central Library for the first time in a long time, and the construction around the outside area looks like they've dug up and gotten rid of the kids' tobogganing hill. As a senior I wouldn't use it, but I loved stopping to watch the kids laugh and swoosh down the hill, reminding me of great memories when I was a kid. Tldr put on a pip 4 months into a new job where training lasts 8-9 months from start to finish. I have already come to terms this was going to happen the minute they put me on one. I have already applied and interviewed to several roles. My role was advertised as an entry level role. Initially, the training started off well for basics, then as that finished things up, things quickly went downhill. If I had a question, I wasn't given an answer but further questions asking why I thought that, then followed by being berated or a lecture telling me I am supposed to know it and that they told me before even if they hadn't. If I asked for help, I wouldn't get it."
