I received positive feedback from the interviews but was told at the end of the day I can’t compete with someone who is already in that role. I just don’t know where to go from here. I’m stuck in a soul crushing entry level role and can’t breakout into the next step up despite proving myself over and over through my work ethic and results. Any advice or words of encouragement are appreciated."
