Every setup looks great on the month you tuned it on. That's the problem: you picked the parameters because they fit those exact candles. Quick check before you trust anything:
- Pick your settings using only last month.
- Without changing a thing, run it on the month before.
- Compare win rate, avg R and max drawdown. If it roughly holds, you may have found something. If it falls apart, it was fitted, not found. On NQ I've seen plenty of "70% setups" drop to a coin flip on the month they never saw."
