I was just looking over the data from thurs/fri. The open interest on $24 Dec 18 calls jumped 865% yesterday. It's totally normal load up 38K calls 60% otm. Nothing to see here. Carry on. Mechanics At the end of Friday the gamma king node is now at 17 with a close following in size between 18/16/20 and growing on 23 (all showing a migration from the prev setup at 15). Again, the king node tends to pull like a magnet and then push to one side or the other depending on where we're trading in relation. So magnetic until it gets there, then repelling whether above/below. The call wall is at 17, so that will act as resistance until we're over it and then it gamma squeezes to the upside."
