Hello I am an engineer and graduated in may 2024. I plan to take my professional engineer early as well and told them how I didn’t believe it was fair I wouldn’t get a raise until 18 months when I could be sitting with a passed professional exam, 2 years experience and running all design on my projects on my own. There was also a weird clique feeling in my team that I didn’t like to be around as it felt childish."
