Trade-document preparation, review and analysis.
HS/HTS classification research with supporting rationale Shipment tracking, exception management and stakeholder follow-ups
Help E-commerce brand with everything and calculate the cost of operations, find ways to reduce it and such.
Product, supplier and international-market research Supplier comparison and sourcing coordination India-based manufacturer identification, communication, sourcing.
Coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, inspection companies and other specialists
For regulated or country-specific work outside my expertise, I would initially use qualified local specialists that I coordinate with directly until I am able to build full team. (I can build full team now but I would like to test the water first and see)"
