Hi everyone. I am writing this to warn others and hopefully get some attention from OKX staff, as their standard support channels have completely failed me. I’ve had an OKX account for a while, using it strictly through my desktop browser. Some time ago, I relocated to another country, which naturally caused my IP address to change.
The next time I tried to log in, the system automatically logged me out for "security reasons" and demanded that I pass a facial verification check to regain access."
