Big thing I've appreciated from others (and what I've tried to include myself) is just having my hands seen on camera. Hands on my face, arms crossed, etc. can be a good way to complement active listening and engaging verbally too. A lot of times, you can tell who is off doing other things on their computers and while eyes can be one clue, it's harder to tell. Having your hands noticeable on camera shows you are not typing, scrolling, doing other things outside of this meeting. It's not always possible but if you have nothing else to do on the side, hands up!"
