Married with 1 child, and I feel like I've reached a point of depression and insane burnout from my current company. I've known for a while now that I no longer want to be here. To paint a picture of how bad this has been mentally for me, I'm very likely forfeiting roughly $200k in commission that I would have to stay another 24+ months to collect. My wife has been vocal about how work has affected me and she's seen me go downhill."
