Been reading Steven Sinofsky's Hardcore Software (he ran Windows through 7 and 8), and he explains a lot about why Windows 11 feels the way it does. This strategy was a big reason XP and 7 felt so right. Then the iPad showed up and the company turned into panic. Windows 8 tried to force a touch-first UI onto desktops, and the team building it was running on fumes the whole way. Sinofsky left a few weeks after launch, and his own summary was "I was spent. The company was spent too." Microsoft then scrubbed Windows 8 off the map almost overnight (he calls it Orwellian) instead of building on it the way they used to with earlier versions."

Hey, hear me out- robotic surgery is actually a good but very expensive equipment that is a step improvement but not that drastic change. We r doing robotic-assisted surgery for decades so ai is actually late here. its like cordless drill vs regular hammer; there is an improvement but thats all."
