Hey folks, looking for wisdom here. I have seen my Vanguard Institutional Total Bond Market Index Trust balance in my 401K fall steadily over the last 6 weeks from $116 to $114. It's not monetarily substantial in my case, and I'm not trying to react emotionally, but I'm wondering whether it's reasonable to take action given rising interest rates and their effect on bonds. If the outlook is that the bond index will continue declining, maybe it makes sense to rebalance to an ETF index that's more volatile but not consistently declining. Thoughts? Thanks!"
