i need help urgently, one month ago, i started the 1 month free plan kn trading view (the 2nd one most expensive) and 3-5 days before it renewed i canceled it, okay. but then today, i got billed 3.700 R$ (Brazilian Reais) which is the price of the anual subscription, and i cancelled the plan, and i tried to get support for it, and i cant?? cause i have to pay to get help???? this is ridiculous, i cant afford to pay it, i was billed wrong.. the ai chatbot said that i didnt have any plans ongoing, and that i dont have to pay, but its still trying to charge me on my bank app, and no i didnt subscribe to the plan in my phone, i did on the computer"
