CoinStats Charged Me After Cancellation, Gave Me the Runaround, Then Asked for a Better Rating!? After more than a week of emails, support chats, screenshots and repeated requests for a refund and cancellation, CoinStats still has not properly resolved this. I specifically asked them to cancel my Premium subscription before renewal. They then charged my card A$125.03 anyway. CoinStats subsequently claimed the current subscription was through Apple and told me to chase Apple for the refund. It is not an active Apple subscription. I have now supplied a screenshot of my Apple subscriptions showing CoinStats is not there, yet I am still waiting for someone to properly check the billing record instead of repeating the same answer. On top of that, CoinStats has acknowledged that when it cannot obtain complete Earn transaction information, it creates a that can affect the P&L figures. Yet instead of properly addressing the inaccurate figures I reported for TAO and AURORA, I keep getting redirected, duplicate conversations closed, and requests asking me to . That is the part I find particularly unbelievable. My subscription still isn’t properly resolved, my refund remains unresolved, I was charged after requesting cancellation, and support seems more interested in my rating than fixing the problem. I have now had to lodge a to recover the A$125.03. At this point I do not want another apology, another “we’re investigating” message, or another request to change my rating. I have retained the emails, screenshots, support conversations and bank records. If CoinStats resolves this properly, I will update this post accordingly. Until then, this is an accurate account of my experience.
