How Coinbase dealt with me. Recently had a technical problem with the app which was going to restrict my ability to trade anything. Reached out to the mods, received a near lightning response asking for further clarification. Gave requested info, received an acknowledgment with a message saying my case had been escalated. Next day received lovely response from Coinbase support, again asking for clarification on certain details. Next day another reply from Coinbase support reassuring me all was ok and my account was in good standing. Next day received another email with more reassurances and today the issue has been solved. What’s not to like about this extremely effective and efficient service. When writing to such organisations good manners and a sincere appreciation of all their efforts and hard work go a long way. Now 6 years without any serious issues long may it last. Thank you Mods and Coinbase support
